(1) This equipment adopts the ozone sterilizer of KCF-T series which uses the advanced electric vacuum technology and principle of ozone theory. The action is that to build the step-up transformor (electronic actuators) at electric field and then two electrodes of tube discharge electric at one time to produce negative pressure zone to arouse a certain amount of oxygen into ozone. The way of producing ozone can be summed up as the interaction of the active particles suc as excited molecule, dissociated atoms and free radical which are produced by the inelastic collision of speedup electron and molecule.

(2) Ozone is the allotrope of oxygen and is made up of three oxygen atoms. Because of the theory property of ozen, it has the strong sterilization ability to be a high-efficiency wide-used germicide. Besides, ozone also can purify the harmful gas and produce a certain amount of new oxygen in the air, such as: the combined effect of ozone and NO will produce O₃ and NO₂, meanwhile, the action of both NO₂ and oxygen atom will produce NO and oxygen. Generally, ozone is the catalytic agent of NO and NO₂.
