■ In the past, the sterilization of chinese medicine mostly adopt the ways of CO 60, epoxy ethane and so on which were hard to keep the property of drugs or even produced the vestigital, or else, it could cost a lot. After a large number of experiments, we finally find that steam is the best way to sterilize chinese medicines. In this respect, we design this series sterilizer into horizontal rectangular structure, also to adopt the inside-outside steam heating methods to fully make use of the body space. Besides, there is also dampproof device installed inside, which can effectively eliminate the agglomeration of herbal powder caused by tranditional steam sterilization. This sterilizer is suitable for Chinese medicine manufacturers to do the raw sterilization to Chinese patent medicine with crude drug powder contained.
