(1) In the “GMP” mangement of pharmacy, medicine industries, the requests of the sterilization and heat-source eliminated of drugs and the devices touched with drugs will be more.

(2) Our company has gathered experiences of the design and manufacture of any kinds of sterilizers for long time. Also, based on our country’s state, we develop GMH series dry-hot sterilization oven which accords with the requirements of “GMP” standard to supply the reliable equipment to domestic “GMP” development  in pharmacy industry.

(1) To use the electric energy as the heating source (dry-hot). It can be used to sterilize under the temperature of 250℃ for long time to support the heat-source eliminated reliably.

(2) Working temperature is designed by order or controlled by PLC. The inner temperature can be recorded automatically.

(3) High-efficiency air filter is installed at the air outlet to prevent the pollution.

(4) High-efficiency high-temperature filter is installed inside. Inner circulating hot-air is filtered by high-efficiency high-temperature air filter so that to make the hot-air to achieve the cleaning requirements of 100-Grade.

(5)The double-door which is located in two different cleaning areas is controlled by electric or PLC, so that to keep the separation between each clean areas to prevent the damage happening during the incorrrect operation which voilates the GMP requests.
