Application:
(1) It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose and polymerize and metamorphose at high temperature.
(2) It can deal with the sterilization before drying; no impurity will be mixed into the materials during drying.
(3) It is a static vacuum drier so that there is no break of dry materials. It is widely used in the industries such as pharmacy, food, chemical industry, electronic, etc.
Principle and features:
(1) Vacuum drying, is that to keep the dry materials under the vacuum state being dried. It uses vacuum pump to do the dehumidification , so that to increase the dry speed.
(2) When the heating temperature is constant, to raise the vacuum degree will increase the dry speed.
(3) When the vacuum degree is constant, to improve the heating temperature will increase the dry speed.
(4) As well as to raise the vacuum degree and to improve the heating temperature, it will increase the dry speed greatly.
(5) If to use the condenser, the solution in materials can be recycled by it.
(6) If to use SK series water-ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ water jet vacuum pump set, the condenser is unnecessary.
