
Features:

4. Material moves a top-down circular motion along spiral bed; meanwhile, it also self-skips. So that, it increases the materials in contact with hot-air and improve the drying effects.
5. Continous feeding&discharging materials are suitable for flow line production and easy to achieve GMP standard to replace tranditional box drying.
6. No damage of material surface. Not only to ensure the roundness of pills, but also reduce the pills¡¯ break.
Working principle:
¡ö Wet-materials feed into the spiral bed from the top feeder. With the action of circumferential vibration and gravity, materials skip a top-down motion along the spiral bed until be discharged from lowest. At the same time, clean hot-air enters from the bottom of spiral bed and full heat and mass transfer with the materials on the bed; after that, it will be discharged from the top to achieve the drying.
Application:
¡ö LZG spiral vibration drier is mainly used to dry Chinese medicine pilss and also the granular, short strip and globular materials in the industries such as chemical industry, pharmacy, food, plastics, building materials, fodder, etc.
