
Working principle:
¡öAfter be fed into the drier from one end, wet materials will be handled evenly by flights in the inner cylinder. Materials are all evenly distributed in the drier and contact with the parallel-flow (counter flow) hot air fully to speed up the drying heat transfer and the mass transfer driving force. During the drying, materials is effected by the slanting flights and the hot-air and final-products will be discharged by the star discharge valve at the other end of drier.
Features:
1. Rotary drum drier has the high degree of mechanization and heavy production capacity.
2. Little resistance when the fluid passes through the drum; low energy consumption.
3. Good suitability of material properties.
4. Stable operation; low cost; good drying uniformity.
Application:
1. It is suitable for drying large granules, large specific gravity materials in the industries such as chemical industry, mines, metallurgy, etc.
2. It can be used to dry the powder, granular materials which has the special requirements. Such as: HP foaming agents, less slag, light calcium carbonate, floridin, magnetic powder, graphite, herb residue. It requires low-temperature dry and continous drying materials in quantities.
