Summary:
¡ö The working principle of TG series drum and scraper drier is that to make the liquid or slurry materials to form a thin-coat on the drum surface heated by steam or other hear carriers and then to finish the drying after the drum roating once. Moreover, to scrape the products down by scraper and show up the drum surface so that to form a thin-coat to touch with raw materials and go on drying.
Features:
(1) Heat source is steam or heat conduction oil which features large heat area, high heat efficiency and heating evenly.
(2) High drying speed. The same direction from inside to outside of heat and mass transfer of the wet-material film on the drum wall. Gradient of temperature is large to make the material film to keep a higher evaporation intensity.
(3) Short dry time, generally is 7-30 seconds, it is suitable for thermosensitive materials.
(4) Easy of operation and maintenace.
Application:
¡ö TG series drum drier is widely used in the processes of slice production and dry of viscosity and paste materials in food, chemistry, medical treatment and so on.
